Past Reel Transformation (PRT)
Coaching Services are available for six or 12-month contracts. Services are conducted in person, over the phone or Video Conferencing.
Past Reel Transformation (PRT)
Is a process in which Julie directs the client in a guided fashion asking him/her to identify a specific past negative emotional experience. It is not necessary for the client to share any personal details about the experience only the emotions felt during it. The objective of PRT is to bring mature insight to past experiences. By doing so this naturally shifts the relationship to negative stored emotions into positive healthy emotions. Past Reel Transformation (PRT) has been shown to be effective with generating clarity, insights and deep understanding regarding the blocked emotions which are easily triggered by specific situations or by relationship dynamics. In most cases the identified triggers are diminished or greatly lessened at the end of the PRT process. Results may vary.

The research-based findings on the benefits of practicing mindfulness meditation are proven to significantly reduce stress, pain and anxiety and widely known for its support to general well-being.
